This is Storage Keys policy for payments and refunds. This policy applies only to activities Storage Keys engages in on its website and does not apply to anything unrelated to the website.

The website accepts payment by card & cash for its storage services. Services enjoyed via the Site are also governed by the terms and conditions. Orders not confirmed within 48 hours of placement will be considered as null and void.

Customers will be charged on their bookings (VAT or optional extras apply). In case the committed service is not delivered, Storage Keys will refund the full amount to the customer. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to intimate the company via mail or call in such cases.

Any other refunds including those listed above will be liquidated as credits to the customer’s registered account or onto the original mode of payment, as may be deemed appropriate by Storage Keys.

Users who book services via the website can alter their booking timings, provided it is done so reasonably in advance before the initiation of the booked service. Failure to provide sufficient notice when revoking or changing services may result in administrative fees being charged to the customer.

Any applicable charges will be communicated beforehand to the customer at the time of booking, cancellation & request for changes.

By booking orders via our website, you agree to abide by our policies and agree to pay any applicable charges depending on the service delivered or committed. Storage Keys reserves the right to use any legal privileges it may have at its disposal to recover any charges or to deny further use of services, if necessary.
